D16-C is a low-temperature Stirling engine. Its principle is the same as that of high-temperature Stirling. It also needs to create a favorable temperature difference for the machine as the power source of the machine.
Because low-temperature Stirling does not use open flames, it only uses heat sources below 120 degrees (normal startup uses boiling water above 80 degrees).
This requires designing a larger cold and hot exchange cylinder for the machine. The diameter of this D16-C heat exchange cylinder is 95MM, and the size of the bottom heat-absorbing bottom plate is 105X105MM.
The material is also aluminum alloy with excellent thermal conductivity. The entire bottom plate participates in heat absorption and energy storage, and the corresponding panel size is the same as the bottom plate size.
The power cylinder uses the same design as the high-temperature type, and the material is SUJ alloy steel. Like the high-temperature type, the tolerance range is plus or minus 0.005MM.
In theory, the low-temperature type does not require a power cylinder with ultra-high hardness because of low temperature and low-speed movement. In order to make the machine as ideal as possible, we still use the same design as the high-temperature type for all parts of the machine!
